Echarity Australia (Echarity Australia Pty Ltd) is a proprietary company established in September 2025 with the intent to register as a Public Benevolent Institution (PBI) and with the Australian Charities and Not-for-Profits Commission (ACNC).
The company is a not-for-profit entity and does not currently hold PBI, DGR, or ACNC registration.
All activities and fundraising are undertaken with the intent to further charitable purposes, in compliance with applicable Australian laws.

2. Use of the Site

The Site is intended for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use it for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
You must comply with all applicable laws, including privacy, intellectual property, and consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.

Damaged, faulty, or misdescribed items may be eligible for remedy only if legally required.

Echarity Australia is not liable for customs delays, duties, or lost shipments for international orders except as required by law.
