Volunteers Needed

eCharity Australia is seeking committed volunteers to support fundraising, community outreach, and program delivery across housing, food security, healthcare, education, and emergency relief initiatives.

Volunteer Requirements

We are looking for individuals who are reliable, respectful, and able to represent eCharity Australia professionally.

  • ✓Be a fit and proper person, with no involvement in fraud, theft, financial crime, or dishonest conduct within the past five years.
  • ✓Be 18 years of age or older.
  • ✓Be able to communicate in English at a reasonable level.
  • ✓Be capable of working independently and as part of a team.
  • ✓Be respectful, kind, courteous, approachable, and professional in dealing with others.

Volunteer Roles Available

We welcome volunteers across a range of support, fundraising, marketing, and operational roles.

  • ✓ Fundraising Volunteers Help raise financial support for our programs through public appeals, supporter engagement, campaigns, and community-based fundraising efforts.
  • ✓ Supporter Outreach Volunteers Assist with contacting potential supporters, donors, and community contacts by phone, email, and online channels to help grow awareness and support.
  • ✓ Marketing and Content Volunteers Support social media, website updates, promotional content, graphics, campaign messaging, and other marketing activities that strengthen public reach.
  • ✓ Community Engagement Volunteers Help build relationships with local communities, distribute information, support awareness activities, and assist with public-facing engagement initiatives.
  • ✓ Partnership and Sponsorship Volunteers Assist in identifying and approaching businesses, community groups, and other organisations that may wish to sponsor, support, or collaborate with eCharity Australia.
  • ✓ Administrative Support Volunteers Assist with general administration, record keeping, email support, research, data entry, scheduling, and other operational tasks that help the organisation run effectively.
  • ✓ Events and Campaign Support Volunteers Help coordinate and support fundraising drives, public campaigns, promotional activities, and future events designed to expand impact and community participation.
  • ✓ Program Support Volunteers Assist in supporting the planning, coordination, and delivery of initiatives connected to housing, food relief, healthcare, education, and emergency assistance.
